There will be 9 entry screens, but don't be scared! It's very objective data and if you don't have some of the required fields or decide not to input some of them, that's okay. Of course, the more data, the better. Imagine that whoever is going to use and carry out the research needs as much data as possible and with adequate quality. The less data you enter, the more cleaning and organization work for whoever is analyzing the database.
